I live right now at one of these two places in Pickering. I am in Canada for 12 years, and this is the 12th place of my living in this country. It is THE BEST ONE. Why? The landlord takes care that people living at one place fit well together. We are here now at this place all professionals and have much common together. Hence, there is always a nice, friendly atmosphere at home, common taking care for the place we live in. Landlord himself is very friendly as well and if needed - helps, even in matters that are more personal. He is doing his job in a very professional manner.
